USB Type C has allowed hardware manufacturers to reduce the size of the Notebook/Smart Device by consolidating power and data transfer through a single port. Whilst it's great to have a more compact and lightweight solution, losing connectivity to our existing peripherals and networks causes some challenges.
 
We developed this USB C Micro SD Card Reader/Writer to support easy transfer or images/video (or files) between one device and another. Perfect for photographers used to editing images on a Macbook (yes - the card slot is also missing on the new 12" Macbook). No additional drivers are required in using this product, it's simply plug and play.
 
Supports Micro SD cards (TF also supported). Aluminium build to match the new Macbook. Works with all USB C Smart devices including Smartphones.
